Bitcoin Holding Sweden AB announces the recruitment of a Head of Investor Relations & Strategic Partnerships, a key role in the company’s journey towards becoming a public limited company (publikt aktiebolag) and its planned listing at the end of 2025.
Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, this role will lead Investor Relations (IR) and strategic partnerships, support the management team in financing and governance, and contribute actively to the company’s strategy and growth agenda.
Responsibilities include:
Leading investor relations and building strategic partnerships.
Managing capital market communications and relationships.
Contributing to corporate strategy development.
Supporting management in financing initiatives and governance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in IR, corporate finance, or capital market communications.
Understanding of Bitcoin as a treasury asset and strategic reserve.
Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Preferred experience:
Network within private capital or family offices.
Background in fundraising and convertible financing structures.
Proficiency in financial modelling and investment presentations.
Personal profile:
Self-driven, relationship-oriented, and structured.
Reliable under pressure, with a high level of integrity.
Flexible structure and performance-based compensation
The role offers a flexible arrangement — full-time, part-time, or project-based — and compensation primarily linked to performance. Equity-based remuneration may be considered as part of the package. The position is open to candidates located anywhere.
