I am pleased to announce that the share issue resolved by the General Meeting on 29 July 2025 has now been completed – and fully subscribed.
All 10,000 Class B shares offered have been subscribed for by both existing and new shareholders.
This successful capital raise marks an important step in our long-term plan to increase Bitcoin Holding Sweden AB’s share capital to SEK 500,000, which is a necessary requirement for the Company to become a public limited company (publ). The proceeds will further reinforce the Company’s financial position and support its long-term investment strategy in Bitcoin.
The full subscription of the issue is a strong vote of confidence in the Company’s vision and strategy. It provides a solid foundation for continued growth and value creation for our shareholders.
