Bitcoin Holding Sweden AB (the “Company”) today provides an update on the recruitment process for new board members.
Over the past two weeks, the Company has conducted daily interviews with candidates for the board. The level of interest has been substantial, and the majority of applicants have presented impressive credentials and experience. While the strong response is encouraging and flattering, it also represents a considerable undertaking for the Company in managing the selection process.
The objective is to complete the second round of evaluations next week, after which approximately six candidates will be contacted. Of these, three will be selected to form the board that, together with the Chief Executive Officer, will guide the Company forward.
The Company’s plan remains that within four weeks it will be converted into a public limited company (publ).
